1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "a71bd" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at a71bd.io, including its website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on a71bd or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the a71bd platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held within your a71bd account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the a71bd platform. Players found to have opened or attempted to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — will have all associated accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your a71bd account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address in Bangladesh, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

4.3 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.5 Dormant Accounts

Account closure and balance forfeiture may follow after a further 12 months of inactivity post-notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the a71bd sportsbook are subject to the specific event rules published on the platform at the time the bet is accepted. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is not confirmed until a71bd has issued a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during a system error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error are void.

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.

• Discovery that the player is below the minimum age of 21 years.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the a71bd Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative or compliance reasons and no breach has occurred, a71bd will return any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC.

14. Privacy
